Firefox is very good browser. Now in the Internet we can find version 4. This version has a lot of new functions and it is more faster than Firefox 3.

I’m still on Firefox 3.6 as there are some add-ons which still don’t have support for Firefox 4 and these addons are very important for my work. I hope they start to help the freelance developers incorporate support for more add-ons soon.

if you go toFirefox.com you can download the web browser from there. downloading and installing this will not remove IE, however Firefox may ask to be your default browser. It is ok for this to be the default if you plan to use Firefox more than IE. once installed both will be on your system and can be used simultaneously if need be.Good Luck,Thanks!

I gave Firefox 4 my first try at the workplace a couple of days ago and it almost felt like I was using Chrome. It’s pretty amazing how similar they are. But atleast it’s good to see that the user experience doesn’t change much from browser to browser so you don’t spend much time trying to adapt.

nd these addons are very important for my work. I hope they start to help the freelance !!

I installed it but everytime i click on the mozilla firefox icon, nothing happens. The weird thing is that when i open the task manager, i can see that the firefox.exe process is running but yet i don’t see the browser. I currently have the latest stable version which is probably ver 2 something and it works perfectly. But I would love to run version 3.Thanks

Firefox 5 is better than Firefox 3 so we should download 5th version.

The updates to the download manager are pretty good, and they’re far easier to parse. The new manager lets you resume stopped downloads, and it has the aforementioned built-in virus checker.

Google sure knows how to make the best of a situation. While Internet Explorer continues to lose ground in the browser wars, Google has added features to their Toolbar 7 for Internet Explorer that can make an IE user’s Google experience look a lot like as The Next Web puts it, a mini-Chrome.

Put the XP CD into the CD drive, 9 times out of 10 the BIOS will pickup the fact to run from the CD. Make sure you hit enter and it will run the setup, last time I did that it took about 30 mins to run through.

The Firefox developers also claim that Web site rendering is now faster than it was in FF3 beta 1, but empirically, I couldn’t detect any difference. Either way, it’s definitely faster than it is in FF2….

September 23rd, 2011 at 6:52 am
That is the joy of beta and open source software. If something does not work in the beta, join in on the project and help make it work! Best to ask the question as well in the firefox developers forum on the mozilla site.

Internet Explorer, being the piece of crap that it is, won’t let me download anything. I need firefox but I have no way of downloading it from the internet onto my computer. How do I get firefox on my computer from another computer? Can I download it on another computer and then put it onto a flash drive or something?
October 1st, 2011 at 4:37 am
Now Firefox 7 has been announced. I think they’re possibly going too fast to keep up with Chrome. I will still keep trying them out as they are released as I just want the best browsing experience possible really. That’s what drove me away from Internet Explorer in the first place.

I decided I would try to get a new theme for my Firefox and I saw that it said that I should “Upgrade My Firefox in order to use this add-on.” I thought it was strange cuz my Firefox 2 is up to date. When I clicked the link, it showed me the free download for Firefox 3. (I’m on the official Mozilla website in case anyone thinks this may be a scam.)

Chrome 15 was the most popular browser in 2011 but I think Firefox still has the edge slightly on security although they are both very good.

Firefrox 3 is not a beta anymore, but when you have been using firefox 2 with lots of add-ons you like very much. you should stick with firefox 2. Most add-ons you use in 2 do not work in Firefox 3. When you do not care about the add ons in firefox 2, yes you should upgrade. Firefox 3 has also plenty of add-ons you can use.
January 12th, 2012 at 7:41 am
Firefox 3 was the best one. I had to do a lot of customization on Firefox 6 when it was released to get it back to the old look.
