New Google Toolbar for Internet Explorer
Google has released an updated version of its Google Toolbar for Internet Explorer.
* The new Google Toolbar for Internet Explorer lets you Add gadgets to your Toolbar to view your favorite content from any site.
* You can also fill out web forms with a single click all due to a much improved AutoFill which also lets you keep multiple profiles.
* You can also access your Google Toolbar from any computer and restore your settings by saving your settings to your Google account.
* Another amazing feature is the ability to clip content as you browse through the web. You can store this content in your Google Notebook which is now fully integrated with the Google Toolbar.

The Google toolbar has an application for locating specific key words in a text which saves a lot of time while researching.

Firefox is much better due to its speed and enhanced ability with its addons(the best being downthemall addon which is lilked the most by me)….at least you may try it…
In your case I think you can uninstall the ie 7 and download ie 6 from the Microsoft website and install it…

Its really to add on. But i’m currently using Mozilla and its amazing.
Very light browser and almost all easy add on available.
There are more websites that take more to open in IE.

Typically, auto-form-fillers (which IE8 comes with, as does the new version of Yahoo if the emails are in your contact list) will use historical data to try to suggest the address you’re attempting to put in, much like predictive text on a cell phone.

Go into your security program (the one that came up and asked you to allow internet explorer and you denied access with) and there should be an event log called “recent events” if you look around.

I use the Firefox version, I like it but it seems the Internet Explorer has more features than Firefox’s Google Toolbar. I hope they bring the same features in Firefox also.

Well, I’d expect a much better performance from Google. The button on the taskbar is not well integrated. It doesn’t look like a button (more like an ad), but if you look closely, you can see a faint outline. Google should either make it look like text or a button.. not something that’s in between.

Not a big fan of IE. I also hate toolbars, but this one I can live with. I use it with firefox.

I use the Firefox edition, I like it nevertheless it seems the world wide web Explorer has more attributes than Firefox’s Google Toolbar. I hope they bring the exact same capabilities in Firefox also.

Explorer Assistant is a great enhancement for the Windows Explorer. Explorer Assistant XP is a great enhancement for the regular Windows Explorer and Internet Explorer! It allows you to run only one instance of Windows explorer :Love:

Google Toolbar custom buttons are more than just bookmarks. Now custom buttons can even support Google Gadgets - when you click on the icon, the gadget will pop down from the Toolbar.

I need help to install Google Toolbar 5.0 for Internet Explorer. The only toolbar availible is 6.0 or 4.0 but I dont want either of those. I also would like to know why google toolbar just updates its toolbar when you install an earlier version.

I think it was so long ago that I used a toolbar such as the GoogleTab, perhaps its because I am on Firefox, and its just easier than Internet Explorer

The exact name of the application, it doesn’t select the application.. for example “VLC Media Player” and press enter launches a google search. Oh, and it’s kind of ad-like in some way because there’s a giant google toolbar logo when you first open it, a message asking for feedback when you search, sponsored searches.
